Since the exploration of liquid nuclear gas project has been intensively developed by BP Indonesia, more migrants enter to the areas of Bintuni Bay. The book reviews in-migration process in the project areas and both positive and negative impacts of this in-migration process. In positive side, in-migration can be seen as an acceleration of social, economic and cultural changes, while in negative side, the migrants are often seen by local people as trouble makers. The book thus recommends developing capacity of the local people in order to deal with the impacts of in-migration.
